Servicing
Our service and repair facilities and in-house skills are second to none. With experienced engineers and a fully equipped machine-shop and work-shop facility we are able to professionally refurbish any test room equipment we need to.

Our aim is to make your service and repair experience as pleasant as possible and to this end our engineers work at your site in a tidy manner using safety equipment and dust covers where appropriate to ensure that your premises, staff and any visitors are properly considered and protected during the visit.

Our engineers carry out a brief risk assessment before they commence any work on your instrumentation. They will then investigate any faults described by you, check the overall operation and advise you of any faults found.

Charges
Our charging rates are highly competitive and we ensure that your authority has been secured in advance of any work being carried out.

Regular servicing?
Regular servicing will check and ensure that instrumentation is working within manufacturers tolerances and that you are recording reliable data from calibrated equipment such as tonometers, field screeners and keratometers. Regular servicing will also extend the life of your equipment, identifying many problems before they cause a breakdown and the associated cancelled clinics and lost business.

Repairs
In the event that the worst does happen and your equipment fails then our engineers will endeavour to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
