The popular and trusted, Midlands based optics event, Optrafair, will again be gracing the NEC Birmingham in 2015, and early signs are that it is going to be even bigger and better than ever before. Taking place every two years and following the successful Optrafair London of 2014, the event will take place across a three day period from Apil 18th-20th 2015.
Optrafair is a renound and familiar face in the optical world and is open to visitors from the UK and globally. The self proclaimed 'UK's largest optical trade event' showcases the best of British vision technology, eyewear advancements and educational material.
The clamor for exhibition space is already well under way and organisers are delighted to confirm that over 60% of the floor space has been snapped up by opticians and other optical manufacturers and suppliers looking to attend. One particular sector, fashion, has been filled to capacity as we speak and Optrafair are now looking into the possibility of expansion to cover further requests. The remaining fair allocation is expected to be secured shortly, as large sections are currently being discussed with interested parties from across the UK and further around the globe.
Statistics from previous events explain just how incredibly popular the show is, with over 99% of workshop attendees surveyed declaring that they would be interested in returning for further education programmes. Future events in Birmingham are expected to fuse up to the minute technologies with the latest in high fashion, whilst still offering everything the 40 year Optrafair name is known for.
