The massively popular and successful Optrafair Birmingham, will be returning in 2016 from the 9th to 11th of April. The organisers of the event, the Federation of Manufacturing Opticians, have confirmed the optometric show will take take at the National Exhibition Centre across the three day period.
Optrafair is described by its organisers as, 'the United Kingdom's leading exhibition and educational conference,' for businesses and workers within the optical marketplace. The show has been in existence for almost 40 years since its first event in 1978. As well as being a popular date in the calendar for optical professionals looking to find the latest products and network with other industry pros, Optrafair has a reputation for being vitally important from an educational prospective, valued by the community of suppliers and practitioners for its help in expanding market knowledge and gaining CET points.
Following another bright and busy exhibition in April 2015, the news was announced, during the weekend, that it will be the same again next year, albeit, one week earlier than 2015. The inspirational and business enhancing event will again be pitching up at its usual venue, the Birmingham NEC. With a great transport network infrastructure, it is the obvious choice to stage the show, allowing businesses from around the country to easily attend with nearby motorway, rail and airport access points.
