Surge In Interest For Optrafair London

Following on from the success of recent Optrafair exhibitions, the forthcoming London event at the Olympia complex is garnering huge interest, not only from UK based optical firms but also from across the globe. The event that usually graces the Midlands and NEC has long been an important date on the calendar for optometrists and ophthalmologists alike, and the new show in the nations capital is not showing any signs of bucking the trend with 50 exhibitors already in place for the April 14 exhibition.

With a real desire to include more of the industries southern businesses who had expressed that such a show would really appeal, companies have been backing up that initial interest by flocking to snap up stands at the Optrafair London 2014 show. With almost 50% of capacity already secured in the massive Olympia centre, and a large volume of the remaining space already pencilled in, the show is expected to be huge.

As with all Optrafair events, a familiar schedule will be in place with the Optician Awards being handed out during the Saturday evening activities at a nearby venue, with a full CET programme in place as well. The popular CET interactive workshops will also be present.

With perceived improved accessibility due to its London location, the organisers are gearing up for floods of traffic from around the UK and overseas visitors too.
