Memory Exercise

We are all feeling a little brain frazzled after the yule time holidays and it's the time for making lists and starting new projects you likely thought up at the latter end of last year.

If only you could remember half of them !

For a quick memory fix, try moving your eyes from side-to-side for 30 seconds.Sounds odd? 

Researchers say that horizontal eye movements are believed to cause the brains' two hemispheres to interact more with one another and that this type of communication is assisting memory retrieval.
In earlier  studies researchers suggested that horizontal  eye movements helped to improve how well people recalled specific words they had read.

So give it a try perhaps when your making the next list? Can you mark off more of those dreaded jobs? Maybe you don't want to!  ( said while moving eyes from left to right ... )
